Parking Rules and Regulations
Please obey the "no traffic" and "no parking" areas. Campus Police ticket illegally parked vehicles. Please note that Campus Police also issue Upper Dublin Township parking citations. Upper Dublin Township Police also issue citations to cars illegally parked in fire zones, residential neighborhoods and disability parking areas. Please view the parking map for appropriate parking locations.
Visitor Parking
When you are visiting Temple University Ambler, you may park in Lot 2, which is located near the Ambler Campus Learning Center. You may park there as long as you wish when you are visiting. While parking in the Visitor's Lot is free, we ask that you please use the online form at ambler.temple.edu/visitor to register your vehicle for visitor parking. Please note: Failure to register your vehicle could result in a parking citation.
Disability Parking
Parking spaces are available for persons with permanent or temporary disabilities. Learn more about disability resources and services at the Ambler Campus.
Student and General Parking
Please view the parking map for appropriate parking locations. Parking Lots 1 (on Meetinghouse Road), 2 (at the Learning Center) and 3 (the large lot on Meetinghouse Road) are available for students. Lot 3 is the overflow lot for faculty, students, staff, and visitors.
You must register your vehicle and purchase a parking permit to park on any of the Ambler Parking lots. Sign up for parking on the TU Parking Account system.
The parking rates are as follows:
- Employee - $135 per year
- Student - $100 per year
- Student - $70 per semester
Parking for Faculty
Faculty may purchase a faculty/staff parking permit online at campusoperations.temple.edu/parking-transportation. Your hang tag will be mailed to your home. If you have paid for full-time parking at the Main Campus, you do not need to pay an additional fee at Temple Ambler for a hang tag. If you are adjunct faculty, and have been approved by your department for parking, your hang tag will be mailed to your home. Faculty may park in Parking Lots 1, 2 and 3, with Lot 3 being the overflow lot for faculty, students, staff, and visitors.

Staff are encouraged to park in Lot 1 on Meetinghouse Road. Lot 3 is the overflow lot for faculty, students, staff, and visitors.
